Terms & Conditions:
- ITC Royal Bengal is the venue of the Conference.
- Rooms would be alloted on a First Come First Serve Basis.
- Registration fees include: Two Nights Hotel Stay/Conference/Breakfast/Lunch/Cocktails/Dinner & Entertainment Programs. Fees do not include expenses of personal nature, tips, shopping, laundry, phone calls, room services, mini bar expenses etc. These charges are to be settled directly with the hotel before checkout.
- Non-Resident Delegates are entitled to all meals except breakfast.
- Early Bird Discount valid up to 31st October 2024.
- Last date of Registration will be 15th December 2024.
- Hotel check-in time is 3 PM & check out time is at 11 AM.
- Please carry & provide an identity proof at the time of Check-in/Online-Registration.
- Package rates are subject to change without prior notice in case of change in Government levies.
- IPA Members should ensure all outstanding membership dues are paid prior to registration.
Please note:
Once a delegate registration is confirmed after payment has been made, the registration cannot be cancelled, and money will not be refunded under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
